On July 4, 2026, the United States of America will celebrate the 250th Anniversary of its beginning, when the Declaration of Independence was ratified. July 4, 2026 is also the 200th anniversary of the death of both Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, who died on the 50th anniversary of Independence Day. These former presidents, our 2nd and 3rd, were also founding fathers of our country. Good friends later in life, they died within hours of one another.
Join us as we observe this very auspicious anniversary of our great nation, with books, films, and more! Plus, additional projects currently being developed and produced will be added to this website along the way. We will also include links to programs at other organizations that highlight how they are celebrating our nation’s 250th.
